Need help on stock 95 1.5 sohc Civic temp no start situation...

I have a 95 Civic that doesnt want to start when its very humid and cool the night before. When I go to start it, it crank & cranks but does not start. Its not until later in the day when I go to start it, it starts right up & runs no problem. It does not have the check engine light on so no codes. I'm a bit baffled... can anyone suggest what the problem might be? or can U point me to the appropriate forum for this problem? thanks so much in advance...

-Vic

Check plugs, plug wires, distributor; for starters.
