HELP ME PLEASE Do i have to pull the cam to find out if it is stock or "mildly cammed"..

ultimately, yes, you'd have to cross reference the casting number to find out the manufacturer, that will lead to the lift and duration, unless you do it with a dial indicator.

the post is rather vague. what are you trying to figure out.
