Code P0172 Back On

I thought I had the problem fixed after replacing the Bank 1 Oxygen sensor. No engine light for 120 miles, now it just came back on. The troble code again is P0172, Bank 1 running rich. I think it is time related after I reset the code.

The P0172 code comes on after driving about 5 minutes ( 3 miles)

Any ideas out there?
