hyunday accent complain

Dear Accent owner
I am wondering if there is any institution to whom I can complain. I bought an accent 3 month ago. engine checking light switch on after 10 minutes I leave the dealer. after dealing with the problem for one month they sent me to the Hyunday service. seems they repaired it (just for $900), but after 1,5 month again the light is on. I called to the service and they told me I have to go again, pay $90 for connecting to the computer and than the cost of the work and pieces should be replace. How many times I have to go there and pay untill they fix the problem??

Here is what I would do I would take it to auto zone when the light is on and have them hook their computer up to it for free of charge and then buy the part and fix it myself or take it to a garage and tell thme to fix what it is.

A friend of mine has one of those buckets.....
He has gone through 3 engines and 2 transmissions. It's all under warranty and he hasn't paid for any of them.
He is averaging about 10,000 miles per engine. It's in the shop more than it is on the road.
That $7,000 new price tag doesn't seem like such a deal now does it?
Korea has no business being in the auto industry.

I would seek counsel from the Attorney General's office for whatever state you live in. Is this a new car? If it is, there is a "Lemon Law" which would certainly apply in your case. As to dimefury's complaint - might I ask whether you are running the engines on methane? Just curious being who I am and all. By-the-by. You are correct about Hyundai though. They are in the auto business as a sideline to their being the world's largest builder of Oceanic Vessels, i.e., Cruise ships, Oil Tankers, etc. I believe they make about 30% of the world's shipping fleet but you can verify this with a google search. Believe me I'm into a good diatribe but frankly your friend is either the unluckiest person who ever owned a car or the product of an overactive imagination. 3 engines, 2 transmissions and Hyundai is willing to do all this work on a 10,000 dollar car billing it as warranty work?? My shifter cable broke and it took 4 days for Hyundai to repair that. I hope your pal has a good bicycle because he's going to need it. But let's be for real for a moment here. I will take back every word of what I've said if you can post a carfax or receipt of work done to your friend's car. And not for nothing - Hyundai is providing Americans with jobs while GM, Ford, Chevy are doing business with The People's republic and farming our jobs out to people who live on slave wages in a totally repressed society. That would be a plus for Hyundai in my book. I would work for them tomorrow if they offered me a position. Tell your friend to buy a Chevy. I hear the engines are being made in China but don't worry about that, they have a Kommandant running the slave mill and you wouldn't believe the engines that can be produced for a bowl of rice a day..... See I'm good at diatribes too. So next time buy a Chevy and the Egg Foo Yong is on me.
