89 Blazer

Have a high pitch squeak coming from rt front passenger wheel. Noise stops after reaching 45mph or when brakes are applied. Any suggestions to possible causes and remedies?

First thing I would check is the brake pads. Sounds like the wear sensors are touching the rotors.

Will try. What about sanding the rims of the drums? This helped with a 98 Grand Am recently.
