89 astro no spark

ok, this started out as this random problem where it would just randomly shut off.. took it to a shop, they said it was fuel pump, had a fuel pump replaced... drove it home, ran fine for about 2 days, then did it again, took it back, they said ignition, replaced entire distributor and the coil.. drove it home and it died in driveway, wont start at all anymore....

so we stoped taking it a shop since all they did was guess and charge us out the ass..

So now we get no spark and nothing out of the coil, and when checking voltages around the distibutor and coil and all that.. its eather half or less then what it is saposed to be getting... we also replaced the computer for shits..

New:
Distibutor & Cap
cant remember the name of it right now, But replaced that black thing that those 2 wires connect too on the distributor..
Alternator
Coil
Computer & Chips

any ideas?
Thanks for anyhelp
