Problems with mi cluster!!!

i stalled a radio kenwood by the way and two wires touched spark came out i knew something was wrong but i installed it without any memory my cluster lights dont work now i dunno what to dooo! ive checked every thing fuses inside and out. do the lights of the cluster only feed positive does it have ground on them, or is it only one ground cable for the hole cluster i really dont know what to do

What year and model ?? Do the parking/tail lights work o.k. ??

everything works perfectly and ther is + on the cluster cables both cables have + and i turn the lights off doesnt feed any mor 12 + turn them again on and bam lights up again

The dash illumination is controlled by the "dimmer rheostat control" on the dash (it basicly controls the grounding of the lamps through the control) Most likely the problem is in that unit or similar problem.

Also I would remove the dimmer wiring into the headunit to prevent it from damaging again after repairs made.
