Whats louder Turbo XS RFL BOV or the Turbonetics Godzilla?

Never heard the turbonetics one, but the RFL is just like the name says (real f***ing loud). It's definently the loudest one I've ever heard.

Big loud blow off valves are stupid and defeat the point. A blow off valve is meant to be vented back into the intake. A loud blow off valve is just so little boys get their kicks.

If they defeated the point they wouldent make them. certain cars react different to them.

actually they would; whatever sells. the Turbo XS will probally be louder because it probally has smaller orifice(thus causing the air to go through with more turbulence); while the Turbonetics has a pretty big orifice(the Godzilla is pretty popular with pro dragsters that run huge turbos) thus allowing the air to vent much easier and with less turbulence.

so from what i hear the turbo xs rfl is loudest. i also hear that the hks ssqv is a loud fucker. what is louder? i want to scare grandmas and little kids.

But the TurboXS RFL is definently louder than the HKS SSQV. All the DSM guys I know use the HKS one, and my friend's RFL is definently louder. But both are definently on the louder end of the spectrum. If you want something loud and that will definently get attention, go with the RFL. It's very high pitch, even when it "flutters".

IMO the 2 best BOV are the HKS SSQV and the Apex'i Twin chamber.

they release the Pressure the quickest, they don't sound bad either.

Why do you say this? How is it not efficient to circulate boost on a car with a map sensor? You are waisting boost.

All that recirculating the air back into the intake of a car w/o a mas would do is shoot air into the turbo inlet when you get off the gas or shift. It's not really a waste of boost to vent to the atmosphere in a car without a mas because the only time the boost is being utilized is when you don't need it. And to get back on topic, I have also heard that the RFL is one of the loudest ones you can get.
