fuel lines off fuel pump

do i need a special tool to get the fuel lines off the fuel pump on a 1996 blazer 4.3.. can someone explain to me how this is done? look like quick connects but cant seem to see how to get them disconnected?..

squeez the 2 tabs and you should get the lines off i used a pair of pliers but do it carefully.

That's the way it's done. One is for 3/8" dia line (feed line), The other is for a 5/16" line. Pick up new pinch fittings, as I found out they're not very re-usable (caused a leak on mine, had to take the whole thing apart again). I bought my fittings at NAPA, but any parts store should have them.
