1990 Toyota 4Runner Styling Set-Fender Flares

I own a 1990 Toyota 4Runner, 4-door with a 3.0 Liter V6. The vehicle
came with the Kamei Styling Package (extended fender flare package offered by Toyota at the time) so you could use 275-60/R15 tires. Unfortunately, the rear right piece (one that is behind the rear right tire, attaches to the bumber and has the mud flap built into it) is broken and I need a replacement. The piece is only about 15 - 16 inches long. Does anyone know where I might be able to find an exact replacement? Color and price is not a concern....
Toyota originally had a contract with Kamei for the Styling Package and
the part number for the entire 1990 Toyota 4Runner Styling Package was
53800-12401-83. Of course this number would include everything...front spoiler, 4 fender flares, centerline tubes, rear spoiler and of course the 2 pieces (one for right and one for the left side) which attach from the fender flare (mud flaps are built into this piece as well) to the rear spoiler.
If anyone needs pictures to view exactly, I have high resolution photos I
could send. My vehicle is in unbelieveable shape and this is the only item that is holding me up on the final project.... Any info on this would be greatly helpful!!!!
