Power steering line busted. Help Please

The line that goes from the pump to the thing[dont know what its called] that under the vacuum booster broke. We can seem to get the line off of the thing. Also any other tips would be great.

You can see the line just behind the 3 wires. We got that end disconnected fine. But cant get the other end free.

We are trying to take off the bottom right most line off....

We cant get a flare nut wrench on it because the firewall is in the way.

Car is a 94, RS 3.1 THANKS!

Re: Power steering line busted. Help Please

Twas gonna cut the line off by the nut to get a socket on it, but the dremel isnt working..... Great way to spend my day off....

I think it is just old age... its got about 175K on it...
It leaks just where the rubber portion meets the metal tubing...When we went to figure out what hose it was, we filled up the powersteering res, with my dad turning the wheels left to right, it seemed like it was pouring out of the line...... Man this sucks...

Re: Power steering line busted. Help Please

We ended up using another dremel and cut the metal tube off by the nut, got a socket on it and were able to remove it. Stealership wanted $80 for a new line, we got it at Lee's auto Parts for $40-ish?. So yeah... Its all good now.
