Automatic Transmission Reliability?

How reliable are the 4g's auto tranny's? I've always heard horror stories in general but I'm looking at some cars at +120k miles and want to know if they will go atleast another 80k without anything going wrong ya know

Re: Re: Automatic Transmission Reliability?

ex has the d16a6 engine the si's have. so it's like having an AT si.

you're looking at:
Power: 108 bhp @ 6000
Redline: 7100 rpm
Torque: 100 lb-ft @ 5000

120,000 isn't much for a honda. however, i have a feeling you're going to be torturing it and no AT was really meant to be driven hard.
