Ihave removed the tank from 92 full size bronco. there are two wire mesh gas hoses that have connectors I have never seen before. They hook onto the top of tank, and it's not coming off until i get them off. I went to NAPA and they sold me a tool that kinda slips into the hose end and is supposed to release it. I cant get these darn hoses off for nothing! Trying to help my 17 yr old with his truck. Can someone tell me how to remove those hose connectors!!!!!!!???????

the tool that napa sold you is a pain in the a>>! You have to slide the tool into the hose connector fully and the pull the hose off. Try sraying some pb into the connector. its not easy but it will come apart
