Contact a local shop that sells body kits. A body kit front bumper may be more economical. Ask where you can buy brand new after-market sheet metal locally. They may have an OEM bumper. Spray the inside of the new fender with rubberized undercoating to reinforce and protect. New parking lamps are less than $14 on Ebay.
