same problem 99 wind as wiredcpa
did you have any luck with your repair? i tried all of your help tips with no luck. i spoke to a ford rep who said i have a major short . I now have most of the van apart or disconnected . After all of this I sill have power to the headlights w/o the h/l switch even connected. HELP!
