How Does One Pronounce 'B.O.B'?

Would you say the letters, 'bee-oh-bee'? Would you say the word, 'Bob'? Or would you say the phrase it stands for, 'Bombs Over Baghdad'? How does Outkast or the media refer to the song title?

I think the radio always refers to it as bombs over baghdad, if that helps you any.
