firebird transmission
I have a 1991 pontiac firebird with a 305 v8. It has an automatic transmission but i really want a 5-speed manual. Does anyone now if you can switch from automatic to manual and if so is it complicted, and what is the price range.

I have a 89 firebird, and my husband and i are going to convert to standerd, he said it would be very hard and very costly, but i think a automatic doesnt go fast enough. i have had my car for 1 year and i already need a new trans. i forget to let off the gas to let the gears change.haha
