Jay goes to Toastmasters. (R13 joke)

Well I heard that our good friend Jay went to a toastmasters meeting the other night.
He hadnt been a member of the club for very long so when asked to come up with a one liner for club night the other members were quite impressed with his effort.
When asked to say it he stood up, and said "I would like to spend the rest of my life, between the legs of my lovely wife"

The other club members thought it a great laugh and congratulated him on it for the rest of the night.
Quite proud of what he had done he could not resist telling his wife about how well he had performed. But when she asked what it was he said, he though quickly on his feet knowing his wife well and changed it a little.
He stood in the middle of the room in frount of her and said "I would like to spend the rest of my life, sitting at church beside my wife"
She was also most impressed by his acievement and was very proud of him.

Well the next day Jays wife was walking down the street when she ran into one of Jays friends who was also a toastmaster. He mentioned to her how well Jay had done the other night, and how proud all the other members were of him.
Jays wife agree'd and said she was proud of him as well, but a little amazed at what he said, "After all" she said "Hes only been there twice, the first time he fell asleep, and the second time I had to pull him off by his ears to get him to come!"
