99 silverado low beams

Having problems with low beams on my truck, the bulbs are not blown, the high beams work, any clues???

do a search here for the hi-4 mod and look there for the location of your ground wire for you low beams. Check to make sure it is not broken and has a good ground. Of course I could be talking out of my ass but it's a start....naturally I assumed you already checked the fuse right??
