Question ECU remapping 95VW GOLF 2.0L 8V

Help!
I am in the process of rebuilding my 2.0 liter for my 95 Golf and I need some one to remap my ECU to the modifications. If you know anyone to contact please send me their information.

Thumbs up Re: Re: ECU remapping 95VW GOLF 2.0L 8V

Try searching New German Performance. I think it is www.ngpracing.com Check out there website and contact them. They're here in the States though. They are along the Atlantic Maryland area. I know though that there is someone in England but they never responded. What they do is come to you and do it at your garage. But I forget who they are? iIf you're in England, I don't know what country you mean by the United Kingdon, and are interested I could try and find them again. Best A luck.

Re: Re: Re: ECU remapping 95VW GOLF 2.0L 8V

Hello mate,

Thanks for the response to my querry. I'd greatly appreciate it if you could find out about those folks who do the ecu's in England.. and just for future reference, the United Kingdom would include England, Scotland, N. Ireland and Wales. Im in England though. Around London.

See the problem I've got is that I have a mk3 2.0 8v engine inside a mk2 8v Gti shell. I'm having a fuel flow problem.. the mixture is running extremely rich right now.. i cant figure out a way to tone it down without reconfiguring the ECU since its all controlled by it anyhow..

Any ideas?

Cheers,

K

Question Re: Re: Re: Re: ECU remapping 95VW GOLF 2.0L 8V

sorry I kept forgetting. I couldn't find the right sites either. I found two to look into but I was noticing that the were focusing on turbos. Anyways they were:
angeltuning.co.uk
mobilechiptune.co.uk
I did convert their prices from pounds to cash and new german performance racing was cheaper. I think it would even be a better deal with shipping ?!
