T&C Intermittent start problems

I am at my wits end. I cannot rely on this car. 99 Chrysler T&C. I had the clock spring recall done about six months ago. About 2 weeks later, the car just decides to start for about 2 seconds and shut off. Do this 3 or 4 times then i get nothing. ABS, BRAKE, Alarm lights go on, but not the dash. If i wait a few hours it would crank up like nothing happened. Also, riding down the highway, speedometer, RPMs gas gauge went to zero, then turn on by itself. Now the start problem is more often and takes longer to resolve. Had to get towed, get to the shop and it starts. 2nd tow, 24 hours later, no start however we get no codes. Last thursday, no start, wait 3 hours and started. Told not the starter, not the battery. SHOP says "Gremlin" in electric system, but cant go further unless they can recreate the problem. Any advice?
