Honda sitting for 2 years

I have adopted a 1986 Honda Accord with 144,000 miles. It was well maintained, but has been sitting in the driveway for 2 years.

I put a new battery in it and tried to crank it. It turns over but no start. It has a carbuerator and I sprayed starter fluid in it. It fires up, then turns off. I poured gas into the carb and cranked it. It idles for about 15 seconds then turns off. There is gas to the fuel filter.

There was less than a half gallon of gas in the tank while it sat. I put in conditioner and an additional 4 gallons of gas.

Is my problem with the carb? Is there a way, outside of replacing the carb, to get it cranked?

What else am I looking at inregards to the car being drivable?

Thanks!
