Replacing drivers electric door lock help

Got a 1997 blazer 4dr and the drivers door lock is lazy will unlock but will not lock. Took apart and could not get out of car seems the window assembly might need removing atleast the left runner track for the window. Also it seems the lock is part of the door jam lock had to remove the 3 torx screws on the door outside to get the lock loose but could not get it past the window. Anyone ever tackle one of these and replace one? Also other than the dealer where can i get one tried all over and no luck.

Yes I replaced them before. Try to remove the latch with the window all the way up and you should have enough clearance to get it out. You shouldn't have to touch the window track.
