Blower still going when car is off.

Well, my parents have a park avenue, and it's air conditioning went so they got it fixed for $600. Then 1 month later it stopped. Now the blower stays on even when the car is shut off, so they had to disconnect it. does anyone know if there is any cure for this problem, maybe a switch that needs to be fixed?
Pretty please help with cherries on top.

The blower power module is bad, very common, should be under a plastic cover upper part of cowl r/s under hood.

I told my dad this, and he said he needed more info.

The car is a 94 Buick Park Ave. 4.6 liter.
How can this be fixed?
