There is a fine line between bad spelling, and trying to spell bad, example in case:

It gets much, much worse, I didn't mean any harm but she took it to the next level and actually started personal attacks, it's quite hilarious.


People, grow up, if you find it offensive that someone is telling you how bad your spelling is when they know theirs are not that great, you have a problem and you should go back to school, or if you are still at school, at least start paying attention rather than sending stupid SMS messeges to your bitch friend in another class asking what she has to lunch and what is happening on the weekend.

After writing that we got into a pretty heated argument, I have NEVER liked this chick at all, she was always a complete bitch to me, even in person. I fucking OWNED her in an argument.

Her spelling was horrible the entire time. Yes, people this is an epidemic.

I don't have fantastic spelling, but seriously, "cnt" isnt' a word. Period.

And yes, I'm fully aware of the Irony between the thread title and this thread.

I know what you mean, by the time they save by making some words shorter is spent decoding everybody elses messages. I usually don't reply to people like this, then when they ask "were r u" "cum bak", I normally reply that if I have trouble reading something, I just wont bother. Then after a while of them sending more messages like that I usually just block them.

Sure, my spelling and grammer probably isn't perfect, but atleast it is a bit easier on the eyes.

Short hand on 'txt' messages make sense to an extent. But that's not shorthand really. It's, like what jackson said. It's Cute Font or better yet "cte fnt". So annoying yet, it sucks that I can read it like it's nothing new. Too many people use it.

I cant stand when people constantly use that "spelling". Sometimes in txt messages (on the cell) if you use the T9 where the words are formed for you sometimes you overlook some of the smaller words like of or me that are supposed to be switched around. I dont think thats a huge deal because if your actually reading you can figure it out. But shit like that in the first post is just stupid.

yeah, like when you mean to put in "me" an it comes out "of" or you want to put "home" an it shows "good", but people know what you mean cos they've seen it too. but spelling badly on purpose...

I have not once had a real conversation with her, mainly because every time I do she's in PMS mode and always is bitchy when I'm trying to be nice (before I started being a total asshole to her), so I turned into an asshole, now she knows how it feels to just be insulted for nothing out of the blue.
