Electrical problems REPLY ASAP

The other day I was plugging in my XM FM transmitter.
I heard the pop of the speakers.
This led me to believe that i blew a fuse as I have heard the same sound when I blew that fuse( radio, dome light, cigarette lighter) in the past.
But upon further inspection, I found that the fuse was good and that my radio was getting power but the cigarette lighter work, the domelight wont work, and although the radio has power ( i checked the red wire imput on the jack) the radio wont turn on.
