power windows and locks not working

Its the weirdest thing, I got into my 95 nissan maxima, and as I was backing out of the garage, the horn beeped by itself. None of my power locks or windows work now, and the security light on the dash isnt blinking anymore. The keyless doesnt work, and every once in a while the horn will beep just a little, like its trying to tell me something. ???? I checked the fuses, and battery connection, and the safty locks are not on. Please, can anyone tell me whats the problem.
Thank you, Joni

Wiring short circuit might cause horn relay to work, horn to sound. You have to open dash to visually inspect wirings...

Trace the wiring for a common point that could cause most/all this, seek http://www.cardomain.com/ride/748507/1 ;Favorite Links at left. Page 5 fuses etc., door p.13

Thanks for your fast response. I came home for lunch today to check out this web site, and the ......security alarm keeps going off by itself and of coarse wont let me start my car. The fop isnt working and I put the key in the door and even the trunk and it wont stop the alarm. It will stop by itself after a few minutes, but I open the door or anything it goes off again. Now that the alarm is armed, is there no way I can disconnect it. I think I need to take it out back and shoot it, what do you think?

Ive called the shop around town, and they just tell me to bring it in......
IT WONT START NOW.

Quite probably shootin will just create new problems. Or just maybe a hole. Only troubleshootin might hlp...

Disable the alarm, follow the schema. If u have the factory alarm, theres a marked relay for it. Take it out - see the links. And/or cut off the siren, next bypass the inhibit relay (also marked on the box) which is used by many features to keep engine from starting.
