Smog Tests in Texas?
Well it looks like it has come to this...Just found out today by a fellow down at Jiffy Lube that random smog tests have been started for the Houston/areas surrounding. He was telling me that large white vans park on the sides of intrance ramps and get you there(which I have seen
 ). If you fail 3 tests you get sent a hefty ticket in the mail. This is seriously crap. It just pisses me off that about 45 mins away from here there's complete hurricane destruction and money should be going to that rather than testing cars. I never thought Texas would come to this but I don't know anymore...Anybody else heard about this??? Any replys would be awesome.

I have not heard of this YET. It better no pop up in Abilene i will not pass!
