new exhaust/lighten the car

i was going to put a new exhaust and a cold air intake on my lesabre. wondering if anyone had any brand rcomendations, and any where in the philadelphia area where i can get the parts cheap but not crappy.

also looking to lighten the car up a little. any suggestions?

You should be able to find a cold air induction on ebay.
