Re: 96-01 Integra Choices?
They all have the same engine. The differences are in luxury options. I can't tell you the specifics, but that's basically it.

Re: 96-01 Integra Choices?
Read it. No where does it mention the difference of features for LS RS and GS, they do go over the different engines and such tho.

ok sorry they used to be listed in there, The FAQ got some remodeling a few months ago so maybe it slipped through the cracks. to answer your question... Least to most: RS,LS,GS,GS-R RS is base, LS slightly more options, GS fully loaded, GS-R fully loaded with hopped up engine. Doesn't really matter however because it seems that regardless of trim level you could buy any option you wanted except for the engine from the factory. They just weren't standard on that particular model. I'd say the best bet is to just look at each individual car and see if it has the features you want.

Thanks. Dumb question, any GS-R's or Type-R's in auto? I want the hopped up engine but I'm lazy

Re: 96-01 Integra Choices?
There are no GS-R's or type R's with automatics stock. They call came with 5 speed transmissions. The GSR transmission is different from the type R transmission (type R slightly shorter gear ratios). Only the RS, LS, and GS came with automatic transmissions and the same engine.

Re: 96-01 Integra Choices?
looking at getting one a GS auto for college. I want it to last 5-10 years, how many miles would it go if driven nicely with occasional spirited driving and kept up on maintenence? Say I bought it with 60-100k miles.

Re: 96-01 Integra Choices?
If you bought the car and it already had it's timing belt and water pump changed... I really can't think of anything you should need for another 5 years or so.

How reliable are GS-R's as a long term daily driver vs a GS or a LS? I want a peppy car so I'm leaning towards the GS-R but if its unreliable cause its somewhat performance I dont want it, what is your input on this?
