Blower not working on high
My blower does not seem to work on high anymore. It is a 95 with automatic climate control. The dash light indicates that the blower is on high but the volume of air and noise from the vents really does not seem like it's going at top speed. Is there a relay for this motor like older cars with manual blower switches, or is there something wrong with the ECC. The motor itself is only a year old.

Re: Blower not working on high
The only thing I could suggest is to remove the connector at the blower and check for full battery voltage with ecc calling for maximum blower speed. The control module may be malfunctioning. Unfortunately, I don't have any schematics for your ecc.
