Car Poll

Well as I have no idea how the heck to do this Posting a poll thing.

Heres my question.

1986 RX7 2+2

or

1988 RX7 2 seater

I have purchesed both cars and now I want to see what everyone thinks as to which one should be fixed up?

Also, what body upgrades/modifications anyone would recomend?

Re: Car Poll

i would prefer the 2 seater . because the seats in the back is a no point i could barely fit on the back, but then again that's just my 2 cents.

and about body mods........ not really into those.

Re: Car Poll

um, its an RX7, those "seats" were designed for people with no legs or bags fo groceries. Seeing as you probably dont have friends with no legs and groceries can be put in the hatch.

Pictures are comming soon. like 2 weeks prolly, as I still have to get them to my new place of residence.

Anyways, yeah I can see how the seats would come out easy, and I guess, that would make a nice place to custom build a box for 2 10" Infinitties to sit, right?

FDTT you seem like the guy in Canada, and the western half of Canada to talk to about mods and upgrades. Could you help me out?

Re: Car Poll

Well seeing as the 88 was the switch over year ( i hate those because they change some things but not otheres) i woudl go with the 86. But it really comes down to which car you like better and which is in better condition.

Re: Car Poll

What do you mean switch over year?

I'll find out soon how good the bodies are in, FDTT do you buy blocks?

As I may just decide to sell these blocks, and how much do you charge for a 13b?

Re: Car Poll

I really have no use for a non runnign motor. I generaly use all new parts.

If both engines are in a non running state there prettymuch worthless. Cause that means you need to crack them open and rebuild them to have a decent motor. And thats getting pricie.

Re: Car Poll

Okay, well both motors are pretty much shot as is, one has no pressure in the back rotor, and the other one I am not to terribly sure what the deal with that one is.

FDTT- how much do you charge for a NA 13b? What all would that come with? What's a good exhaust company to go with for sound, I don't want no Civic sounding Trash Can exhaust though. And I was wanting Dual Exhaust out the back, cause it looks better :P, and how about headers?
