Pistons in the SR20DET (S14/N14)

Hi

I've been thinking, are the pistons in the SR20DET of a S14 and a N14 Sunny GTI-R 4WD the same ??

Hey, I haven't heard of an N14 Sunny GTI-R w/ 4wd. I've heard of the N14 Pulsar GTI-R w/ 4wd.

The pulsar GTI-R and the S14 silvia have different pistons. The pulsar has a compression ratio of 8.3:1 and the silvia has a compression ratio of 8.5:1

Hey J SPEC

Sorry, yes the Pulsar GTI-R, it's the same car. It's called Sunny here in Europe.
But that's what I thought
I've heard that the Pulsar DET pistons should be stronger than normal SR20DE !? They should be out of some stronger iron material !?
