02 jetta turbo troubles

Changed oil today and noticed the orange dipstick holder severed from the engine block. I noticed this because I could not get the dipstick back in. The plastic holder snapped off flush at the engine block. I have already replaced ALL plastic tubes in the engine compartment (500.00). I am amazed that this thing is self destructing already.

Will oil seep out of this break as I drive it? Thinking I can use rtv to seal it because i know VW will charge another 350.00. Everything is 350.00
