rocket

i have a 1971 olds cutlass with a 350ci. i was told it might be a 350 rocket. is there such a thing? if so, how would i tell? thx in advance.

Frank,
all Olds engines are "Rockets"
advertisement term in the 50s-60s for Olds (rocket logo)
as they were defining their engines as opposed to corporate GM blocks:
the Chevy SBC(not called an SBC yet), or Turbo-Fire, and the "Rat" or Turbo-Jet.
it is just a block identification.
