if i should buy this prelude?

i am deciding whether i should get this 92 white prlude si. its in real good condition, no rust. the kid said he got a newly rebuilt motor and it only has 30,000 miles on it. the actual car has 125,000. he also said that it had a new clutch at 100,000. my father went to drive it for a few miles and the car overheated becasue of a bad radiator. it also idles high, like at 2300 rpms because the kid turned it up. He said he turned it up because when it was at lows rpms, it would idle strange. the car is for 3500 bucks.i am wondering if i should try to get him down because the kbb is only at 3000. should i buy the car tobegin with or will this car lead to problems with the engine. or should i buy the car and put a new engine in?

That car isnt worth 3500, 2000-2500 is more like it.
