Check engine light on 2000 4wd 6cyl Auto Tocoma

My check engine light has come on and I have replaced everything I know how to replace. I have put on a new O2 sensor and fuel filter because the computer info says I was running to rich. I have cleaned the throttle body and my light still stays on. How can I turn it off?

you might want to try cleaning your MAF sensor
