This should be in the drivetrain section.
Manual or automatic? Manual: remove the fill plug on the side of the transmission. Remove the drain plug. Replace the drain plug. Add GL4 ONLY 75W90 (or GL4/5 synthetic) until it reaches the fill hole. Replace the fill plug. Automatic: Raise the right front of the vehicle. Remove the drain plug from the pan. Measure the amount that comes out (about 5 quarts with the RF raised as noted above). Replace the drain plug. Use a long narrow-neck funnel to add the same amount of fluid via the tranny dipstick tube. Measure and add more as needed.
