99' grand caravan airbag light is on and horn don't work and cruise won't work

Well the airbag light came on first then the horn stopped working then the cruise stop working. Today I took the horns out and checked them to see if they work with 12volts going to them and they worked. I took the steering wheel apart and tried to bypass the horn and it did not work that way. And yes I checked all the fuses and I don't know how to check the horn relay to see if that is the problem. So please if you have any info let me know. Ricky b. Mesquite, Texas

have the dealership check to see if the clock spring recall needs to be done. this unit sits under the steering wheel.it efects the air bags ,horn, cruise control. if it hasn't been done it's afreebie repair.

have the dealer replace the clockspring .

you might want to try to go on to www.dodge.com and go under "recalls", when you go there, type in your vin#, there has been a recall on this year caravan with that same problem. i have the same year caravan that i recently bought and have to get my van fixed before it gets to the problem you have!! I hope i helped!
