How much hassle?
How much hassle does an RHD car possess here in the U.S.?
If I were to get a cheap Integra to RHD type r or 240sx to silvia conversion lets say, would I need to go through the DOT of my state? How much money do the front clips cost, and is it a difficult install? |

Re: How much hassle?
dont know about front clips, but yes, your dot, and dmv would have to be notified and you would need a permit to drive the RHD vehicle.

Nope, because there are serious modifications to convert a car from RHD to LHD. Besides, it is dangerous to pass in a RHD car since you can't see around the car in front of you.

I drove a 57 rover rhd, that was interesting to say the least. You are shifting with your left instead of your right, its got a huge blind spot on the left side, changing lanes is a challenge, but on a plus parallel parking was a hell of alot easier as you can see the curb right out the window.
