I have a 95 with this code keeps coming up does anyone know what it means?

is there a way to test it the emc i mean how about the fuel pump if you get out of the truck after it stalls and wiggle the fuel pump relay it will then start and if you keep it revved up and dont let it idle it will usually keep running
