code 1128 for 2000 beetle

Hello there everyone! I have been reading this site for quite some time now and I have a problem that I don't know how to deal with. My check engine light is reading a code P1128 (which is fuel metering, too lean, bank 1) and I was wondering if anyone could tell me what part (or parts) i should be looking into. I have recently replaced my O2 sensor, MAF sensor, engine coolant temperature sensor, checked my air filter, and replaced my spark plugs. My beetle is a 2000 2.0L with 65000 miles. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you so much!

I had kinda of the same problem, did u touch the o2 sensor? because i did and it was the worst headache of my life!!! and found out it was the o2 sensor i had touched. after i changed the sensor everything was all good!! stopped geting the p1128 code, so if you did theres your problem

I am not sure if the sensor was touched, i had a shop do it. However, I noticed that I had a loose vacuum hose the other day so I replaced the hose and clamps. Could that have been the problem? And thank you for your help and advice.

If it is a large hole or its sucking a lot of air it could be your problem
