Unhappy Odd Problem

I have a 94 B350 with a 360. The first thing in the morning this van runs fine. After sitting at work all day I start it up and the check engine light comes on and it runs very rough. Once the engine reaches normal operating temp, I can shut the engine off for about 5 minutes, restart it and it is fine. The code indicates that the fuel injectors are not responding. So far I have replaced the O2 sensor, the map MAP sensor, cap, rotor and plugs. Since the weather has cooled off a bit it starts and runs fine in the morning and evening but as the engine reaches normal op temp the same condition appears. Again, after about 5 min of shut off time everything is fine again. This problem has exisited for over a year now. Any ideas or similar problems?
Joe

The code (27) is indicating that the fuel injectors aren't responding. When this happens the engine appears to be running rich. The next thing I was planning to do is replace the "Coolant Temperature" and "Charge Air" sensors. This seems to make the most sense since the problem seems to be related to the ambient temperature.
