Question keyless entry problem on 1999 suburban

I need help solving a problem. My 1999 suburban keyless entry buttons stop working all of a sudden one day. I then noticed that the lock/unlock button on the drivers side would unlock and lock all the doors but the drivers door. It would lock but not unlock the drivers door. I also noticed that when I would open a door that the interior lights would not come on, even with the button pushed out for the dome override. I also noticed that when i hit the lock button and held it down the lights would come on but then go out when i let go. I was told it was a door lock acculator that was causing all these problems, so I bought one from A1. I replaced that and it didn't help nothing. I have tried to replace the battries, tried to reprogram the remotes by turning key on/off and holding the buttons. This still didn't work. I had a mech to ground the 4pin and 8 pin and still nothing. So what is next. Help with anything on this.
