2001 Silverado 2500

I bought a 2001 Silverado 2500 used and had it for about 2 months. About 5 times now i have had a problem starting it. Heres the deal it turns over like its going to start but wont. If i let it sit for about 10 minutes it will then start. Ive never heard of this problem before i am completely stumped....Any help would be greatly appreciated...

Thanks
Crazee

Sounds like the fuel pump. Try this: get in, turn the key "ON," but do not start. Let it sit in the "ON" position for about 10 seconds, then try to start it. If that works, my money is on the fuel pump. You might also replace the fuel filter while you are checking things. They're cheap and pretty easy to change.

How's the weather where you live? It sounds somewhat like vapor lock also. It happens when it's hot outside when vapors from from evaporating fuel mess with the pressure in the gas tank.....just a thought.
