I have a 99 cav and my ABS light comes on once and a while, but when it does my signals won't work either i topped up the brake fluid but it did'nt do anything and also It takes a while to turn on the car when i turn the key it takes like 25 secs before it will start...

the engine rotates but it just takes forever to finaly start....it used start as soon as i turned the key

could be not charging and setting off dash lights and not turning on turn signals and since its not charging very well..the car has a hard time starting up from off
