Possibly alot you might of lown the head and it might need a valve job. Only one way to find out take a look.

At least 8 bent valvles is the usual. The bottom end survives almost every time. I would replace the guides at least on the valves that were bent, an do all new seals of course. Basically a full head rebuild is in order, along with a full timing belt job (you can reuse the parts if they are low mileage, but definitely recheck the tension at least). I Can usually get out of something like this for less than ~300 bucks doing the work myself, but most people end up parting out the car for some reason

Yeah 90% of the time the valves are bent, to just buy the valves i spent 200 bucks at the local O'reilly's. Then you ahve to think about the work and like 25 bucks for the valve seals. I went to a wrecking yard and got a head off a wrecked car with 54k miles for 125 dollars. saved me time and money.
