Interior painting
Anyone have a technique for really good interior painting? Every time I do it, it comes out pretty bad. I tried on my girlfriends' Accent and it worked when I just simply washed and dried the pieces, no primer or nothin. But when I try to do my hatch interior pieces, the paint runs, etc. '

Re: Interior painting
on my civic, I also did the mistake of using cheap wall-mart paint. but if you have no other solution. then this is what I did.
Clean the area with a degreser. Then lightly sand the surface of what you're ganna paint, by hand. Then prime it with a good healthy coat. paint one coat from top to bottom, then return from bottom up. Do this 3 times(3 coats) with 1 hour drying time between coats. clear coated 2 times with also 1 hour drying time(guessing that you're in a dry warm area) This are just my .2cents everybody has difrent ways of painting.. Thanx |
