Question low fuel light and check guages light

I have a 1990 GP LE w/ 3.1, my fuel guage is correct, but my low fuel light stays on, and my oil pressure guage stays pegged, I looked at the oil pressure sending unit, it appears to be new. any ideas on either problem?
