There are no really easy ways of doing it. It certainly can be done, but to do it well requires some scratchbuilding skills. It can be a very frustrating thing to try on your first or second build (or even fifth).

lol theres one easy way iv used before. take a drill bit about the size of the stem that the tires go on then drill out a whole a little lower then the middle of the tire and put the stem in that, u can make it higher or lower

no u drill it in the piece that goes on the stem, iv done it once and it worked pretty good
